A couple of post in one

I'm in the midst of applying for new jobs and interviewing. Full on revisions for Full Force. Goit the Outline done for a contemporary novella due out in November (not October, that's my deadline). So my heads down for now. Thanks for sticking with me though. Hope you had a happy 4th of July!

The End! and Happy 4th of July!

I just typed those two words, The End. Now it's time for revisions! And like they say,  Ain't no Rest of the Wicked.

Cause, not only do I have Full Force to revise and edit. (Thank you for being so patient by the way.)

I've got a Contemporary novella coming in October and then the next book in the Central Florida Pack, Full Throttle to write.

Plus I've got some travel coming up.

Professional Development time with RWA in July. Sorry folks I won't be signing but feel free to stop me and say hi.

Fun with the Fans at Authors After Dark . I'm sponsoring a table at the Bump in the Night Ball.

And, fun with my Georgia peeps at Moonlight and Magnolia's for a bit of both.

In the meantime, Happy 4th of July!

Go out, live life, have fun, eat drink and be merry and most of all enjoy your friends and family!

Hobbies and fun stuff

Lifehack

This subject has come up a lot lately. Hobbies, why you need one. seems to be a theme that just keeps popping up lately. I firmly believe you should have hobbies and that you should frequently try new things in order to broaden your horizons.

So in all fairness since I posted that meme above which I fully agree with by the way I'm going to list my three hobbies and then Challenge you to list your own.

Writing
Which isn't actually a hobby, but right now I do it for love and it will eventually make me money and technically covers number three.

Cover for my current work in progress.

Running/ Walking/ Hiking with the family
This depends on my left knee and how hot it is outside. That pesky headache I get in the Florida summer months can be a killer.

This was one of those hot summer days. My dog hates water willingly took a swim.

I make stuff with acrylic paint, paper and glue. I'm teaching myself how to paint with watercolor next. ( Not that I've mastered the acrylic by any stretch of the imagination)

Made for my friend Jillian who is long over due for a phone call.

Now it's your turn. What are your hobbies? Or what hobbies are you interested in picking up?
